Privacy and device storage
The Studio evening planner saves only three choices when you choose Save plan: activity, time and company. It uses this browser profile’s local storage, without encryption or synchronization. Step marks are page-only and are not saved. Remove saved plan clears those choices; it does not affect writing-desk saves or downloaded files. Activity links contain the three choices, so review them before sharing. Save activity card downloads the instructions and public links as a text file, without writing or step marks. It is created in your browser and is not uploaded. You control where the file is kept or shared; clearing saved choices does not delete downloaded files.
The writing desk reads and edits your draft in your browser. Our writing tools do not upload your title, story, revision notes, imported backup or kept starter to us, and do not call an AI service.
Saving on this device uses this browser profile's local storage. It is not encrypted, password-protected or synchronized by this site. Other people using the same profile can access it. Clearing browser data can remove it. On a shared device, use your own downloaded backup and remove the device copy when finished; clearing a device copy does not erase files you downloaded.
Previewing a backup reads it locally. Restoring replaces this page's draft only after review; the device copy changes when you choose Save. A JSON backup includes title, story, notes, exercise and any kept starter. Story TXT contains title and story; session TXT can include notes and references, with separate controls to omit them before sharing. These controls affect session TXT only; JSON backups include the full draft. Review any file before sharing it.
The free download verifier reads only the file you explicitly select after you press Check file, and only when its size matches the selected edition. It calculates SHA-256 locally; it does not upload the file, save its name or hash, or inspect writing-desk drafts. Clear selection removes this page’s selection and result, not the original file.
We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics to the site code. Hosting providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details. Payhip checkout, payment providers and linked organizer sites are separate services with their own privacy practices. This notice describes our tools, not every provider's data handling.
Emailing Syndicate Hub LLC shares your message and sender address with the business and email providers so we can respond to your request. The support builder runs locally and does not send messages or save them automatically. If you choose Save message as text, a reviewed copy is downloaded to your device. Clear this request removes the form text and prepared copy from this page; it does not delete downloaded files or email. Contact syndicatehubllc@gmail.com about privacy, correction or deletion requests. Payhip support and checkout are separate services. Send only the details needed; do not send passwords, payment-card details or confidential story material.

This site does not claim ownership of the original writing you enter. The fictional museum, prompts, product text, research and illustrative artwork were prepared with AI assistance. The browser does not generate prose with an AI service. Session exports label site references separately from your writing.
Permission to use an included asset does not promise exclusive rights or copyright protection for AI-generated material. Copyright can depend on human authorship and applicable law. See the US Copyright Office's AI guidance.
Each download's included license and source notes describe its permissions. Paid kit terms permit finished personal or commercial projects as specified in that kit; do not redistribute the paid application or template pack. This page summarizes existing permissions and does not replace the included terms.
Only plates specifically marked CC0 or public domain carry that source status. It does not apply to every image, the site design or a whole product pack. CC0 does not clear trademark, privacy or publicity rights; see the CC0 explanation. No museum, organizer or source institution endorsement is implied.

The optional paid products are digital downloads sold through the existing Payhip shop. No physical item is shipped. Check the current product listing for contents, price and included license before checkout. The paid Borrowed Moon mystery remains unavailable while its revised edition awaits human testing.
Extract ZIP files before opening HTML tools in a full browser. Email previewers and some phone file viewers cannot run them. PDF files need a PDF reader; printing is optional unless a particular activity says otherwise.
For missing files, accessibility difficulties, purchase questions or refund requests, email Syndicate Hub LLC or contact the Payhip shop with the product name and the problem. Refund questions are handled by the seller through the existing shop; applicable consumer rights are unaffected. Payhip explains its seller-contact refund process.
For a suspected security issue, email syndicatehubllc@gmail.com with the affected page, safe reproduction steps and a description. Do not send sensitive backups or access other visitors' data. The support builder above provides a security-report checklist.
